We are looking for a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Oracle-certified professional with hands-on experience in configuring, building, testing, and deploying Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ERP systems to clients, particularly focusing on modules such as Account Payable, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Expense Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure, build, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  2. Provide expertise in key Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Account Payable, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Expense Management.
  3. Work independently to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle Fusion configurations.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Oracle Fusion ERP solutions align with business needs.
  5. Conduct end-to-end testing of the solution, including functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  6. Offer post-deployment support and ensure the stability of the system.
  7. Provide training and support to clients and end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.
  8. Lead client meetings, communicate progress, and deliver clear updates to all involved parties.
  9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and effective solutions to clients.
  10. Actively contribute to the planning and delivery of ERP projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Oracle Certification in Oracle Fusion ERP is a must.
  2. Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  3. In-depth knowledge and experience with the Account Payable, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Expense Management modules.
  4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  6. Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to engage with stakeholders and provide clear, concise communication.
  7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience in delivering high-quality projects on-time and on-budget.
  9. Strong attention to detail and focus on ensuring business requirements are met.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with additional Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
  2. Prior consulting experience, particularly in implementing ERP systems for clients across various industries.
  3. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is a plus.
  4. Ability to guide clients through the change management process.
