Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of transport safety in NSW. As a Transport Safety Expert, you will be responsible for providing independent and expert advice on transport-related matters.

Your role will involve working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure that legal advice is provided in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for navigating complex legal tasks and ensuring adherence to best practices in all legal matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have expertise across a wide range of legal practice areas, including corporate governance, commercial, contracts, liability, regulatory, administrative, privacy, employment and criminal law.

You will also need to have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and provide high-quality legal advice under tight deadlines.
