Logistics Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

  • Goods Receipting: Receive and process goods delivered into the warehouse using software systems, ensuring accurate and timely receipting.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and align systems with physical warehouse operations.
  • Outbound Deliveries: Process and dispatch goods to customers, adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and periodical checks to ensure inventory accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Entry and Material Movement Control: Accurately record material movements, update inventory levels, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Warehouse Safety: Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Mechanical Equipment Operation: Load and unload trucks equipped with mechanized equipment, following established safety protocols.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and company policies, reporting and following up on safety incidents.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Experience with software systems and warehouse management is highly desirable.
