Fundraising Systems and Data Coordinator

The Fundraising Systems and Data Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective administration of data and systems to support fundraising and engagement activities. This full-time, 12-month contract position is located at our office in Bedford Park.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Audience Data Lists: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records in fundraising and engagement systems.
- Develop and Maintain Reports: Create and update reports and dashboards for real-time monitoring of fundraising performance.
- Perform Large Data Imports: Import and export data to and from the Salesforce database.
- Provide System Administration Support: Offer user support, maintenance, issue resolution, and exception reporting.
- Train and Support the Team: Develop training resources and provide system administration support to the team.
- Provide Project and Campaign Support: Implement project management tools and processes to support fundraising and engagement activities.
- Grow and Maintain Relationships: Foster relationships with staff, suppliers, and supporters to facilitate data-related activities and programs.
- 2+ Years of Experience: Prior experience in a data and systems administration role that involves high empathy/service levels to clients, supporters, or the community.
- Prior Exposure to Donor Programs: Experience in donor programs, similar community services, or fundraising programs.
- Sound Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships across a highly diverse group of stakeholders.
- Competent in Digital Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in the use of digital marketing platforms, Salesforce, MS Suite Office Applications, and Outlook.
- Highly Competent in MS Excel: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills: Open to giving and receiving both positive and constructive feedback.
