We're seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher who will foster high support and high expectations for our students.

As a teacher at our school, you'll have opportunities for growth in both teaching and leadership. You'll be part of a pipeline of leaders and participate in a comprehensive induction program that supports both experienced and beginning practitioners.
Our whole-school approach to curriculum means that teachers invest in writing strong curriculum, allowing teams and individual teachers to focus on effective teaching practices. This approach allows us to spend less time deciding 'what' to teach and more time on 'how' to teach content effectively.
We believe that investing in every staff member to support them in being their best will enable our students to thrive. Our 9-day face-to-face fortnight option provides staff with regular recharging and reflection time.
Our instructional model, LEARN, is based on the Marzano/Pollock GANAG model and used with fidelity in our classrooms. We use resource management systems supported by partnerships with Office365 and Apple through our Year 7-9 iPad program. A Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program is offered to our Year 10-12 students.
Students begin each day connecting with themselves and each other in a 6-minute morning circle as part of our Social Emotional Learning program.
Staff who are passionate about being highly impactful teachers and leading learning can explore opportunities with us, including deepening our work on writing and social emotional learning assessment. We also actively support extracurricular programs in the Performing Arts, Sport and Rugby Academy, the VCE Vocational Major, and Student Leadership.
The primary focus of the classroom teacher is on planning, preparation and teaching programs to achieve specific student outcomes. Classroom teachers engage in critical reflection and inquiry to improve knowledge and skills to effectively engage students and improve their learning.
