At HR Partners, a Randstad company, we're looking for a proactive People & Culture Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves collaborating with the HR Manager and business partners across ANZ to manage employee data, maintain reward programs, oversee recruitment, and provide support.
We're seeking a hardworking professional with 3 years of experience in HR Admin or HR Coordinator roles, preferably in a mixed workforce. Familiarity with Workday HRIS is a must, as is excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, be able to build relationships, and offer outstanding support to internal stakeholders. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all employee data and updates in HR systems
