
Senior Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team in the North Lismore area.
The successful applicant will provide accurate, timely and efficient administrative support to the team.
About You
- Have demonstrated knowledge of working in an administrative environment for a large organisation.
- Possess sound interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrate organisational skills to complete tasks within defined timeframes and proven capacity to manage concurrent activities.
- Be competent in computer use and relevant software programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Display ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team with minimal supervision.
- Work in a high volume and demanding environment.
- Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence and be willing to travel across the Mid North Coast when required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Administrative experience in a complex organisation.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organisational skills to complete tasks within defined timeframes.
- Computer literacy and competency in software programs.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
