Customer Service Director

About the Role:
As the Customer Service Manager at Myer, you will be responsible for leading the Service & Selling teams to success by delivering superior customer service and making profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the Customer First Plan and manage day-to-day operations
- Drive sales and lead team performance
- Manage, lead, and mentor teams across various departments
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar
- People leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs
- Experience in performance management
- Superior customer service and selling skills
- Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently on prioritizing and meeting deadlines
