Experienced Conveyancer Role

Position Overview: We seek an experienced Conveyancer to oversee the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Queensland property law and a proven track record of delivering high-quality conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire conveyancing process, from preparation to settlement, for various property types.
  • Prepare and review contracts for sale, ensuring compliance with due diligence checks.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Conduct thorough property searches and manage settlements efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on property law and conveyancing matters to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing.
  • Relevant qualifications in property law or conveyancing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Queensland legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
