Job Description">

Spearhead the development of detailed design and implementation plans for wayfinding signage and customer information across various projects and transport locations. Conduct comprehensive wayfinding site surveys, audits, and issue analysis in accordance with principles.

Prepare meticulous design documentation packages, including detailed sign requests, message schedules, and location plans. Manage external design contractors to ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards.

Collaborate with operational personnel, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure that planned wayfinding meets operational and customer needs. Present wayfinding plans to stakeholder groups and represent the Wayfinding Program at site visits and consultation forums.

Provide support during implementation phases, including conducting site inspections and resolving issues. Effectively manage multiple work packages concurrently to meet deadlines.
