**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Operations Manager in Canberra. This is a full-time position that requires daily on-site presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations across multiple bakery locations, ensuring high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating teams, managing staff, and maintaining inventory levels. They should also have strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
