Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in providing high-quality medical imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT examinations under the direction of senior Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
  • Utilize excellent technical and clinical skills to deliver exceptional patient care and produce accurate diagnostic images.
  • Prepare, handle, and administer radiopharmaceuticals with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and best practices at all times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Applied Science / Medical Radiations in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Medical Radiation Practitioner registration with AHPRA to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Valid Radiation Use Licence issued by the Department of Health.
  • Ability to perform diagnostic CT scans within hybrid imaging environments.
  • Eligibility for accreditation by the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine (ANZSNM).
  • Compliance with national criminal history checks or willingness to obtain.
