Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring final payment has been taken on all orders before confirming delivery
- Organising delivery runs by days and locality
- Booking carriers and obtaining quotes as required
- Providing excellent customer service on logistics issues
- Liaising with colleagues to resolve issues
- Assisting the marketing team with coordinating events and activities
