Key Role in Delivery and Installation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Adelaide. This role involves delivering and installing appliances, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that aims to deliver quality, service, and customer satisfaction. As a delivery and installation specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of physical fitness. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and installing appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm.
  • Loading and unloading of delivery truck.
  • Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers and staff.
  • Route and optimise runs, solve problems, perform toolbox meetings, lead a small team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A clean driver license, a valid MR License.
  • Similar experience in a driver delivery role.
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, as well as a physical fitness assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Adelaide, SA.
  • Supervisory experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Customer service experience would be an advantage.
