  • Helping clients transition into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client progress and adhering to relevant regulations;
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the employment process;

  • Collaborating with clients to identify their objectives, develop skills, and prepare them for interviews and employment;
  • Fostering partnerships with local businesses to secure job opportunities for our clients;
  • Achieving successful placements that lead to lasting employment for our clients;
  • E nsuring all activity is thoroughly documented and compliant with regulatory requirements;
  • Delivering outstanding service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process;

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals facing challenges;
  • Ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders;
  • Capacity to work towards performance targets and achieve successful placements;
  • A valid driver's license.
