Senior Environmental Approvals Manager

We are seeking a seasoned environmental approvals professional to lead the delivery of timely, high-quality impact assessments and coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets for project management.
Main Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day activities of team members to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to staff wellbeing, retention, and engagement.
- Support the Impact Assessment and Permitting Group Leader in delivering the workgroup plan.
- Foster an engaged and motivated team of qualified and experienced staff.
- Track and manage the team's pipeline of opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree (with postgraduate qualifications preferred) in environmental science, planning, or engineering.
- Proven ability to lead team growth and development.
- Demonstrated strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- A drive to mentor junior and mid-level consulting staff in environmental planning and approvals.
- REAP Certification or eligibility for certification and current pursuit.
