**Room Leader Position**

We are seeking a skilled Room Leader to oversee the daily operations of our center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring their fellow team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the room, and monitoring programs and staff performance in conjunction with the Director.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to ensure that all policies and procedures are upheld.

They will also be responsible for developing and delivering a child-focused program that has a strong relationship with the natural environment, and managing assistants and working within a team.

In addition, they will be required to develop strong relationships with families and children, follow company policies and procedures, and perform other duties as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and mentor fellow team members
  • Oversee daily room operations
  • Monitor programs and staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver child-focused programs
  • Manage assistants and work within a team

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 3+ years experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
