Proactive Services Team Member

We are seeking a diligent team member to join our proactive services team. Your role will be to ensure trolleys are available for use and maintain the cleanliness of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys bays, and team rooms, emptying bins, collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, and delivering specific cleaning needs across departments.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions or providing directions.
  • Receiving full training in operating various equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer.
What We're Looking For:
  • A driven mindset, a passion for retail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness is essential as this role involves physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
