We are seeking a skilled Delivery Rider to join our team. As a key member of our delivery network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers.
- Sort and prepare mail and parcels for delivery;
- Operate a motorcycle safely and efficiently;
- Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner;
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service;
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve delivery targets;
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements- A full or probationary Australian motorcycle licence;
- Ability to lift up to 16kg regularly;
- Flexibility to work additional hours if required;
- Strong memory and attention to detail;
- Meet our safe working load limit of 100kg or less;
