About This Role

The Site Administrator is a critical position that supports the delivery team by maintaining accurate records and overseeing site administration tasks.

  • Perform daily financial management tasks, including docket entry, invoice processing, and support for end-of-month accruals and cost control systems.
  • Assist with subcontractor and self-performed activity tracking, ensuring compliance with standard payment terms and conditions.
  • Provide administrative support to Environmental and Safety Managers, including environmental reporting and maintenance of induction and safety records.
  • Manage general site administration tasks such as reception duties, office supply ordering, mail handling, meeting coordination, and staff travel arrangements.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and relevant legislation, applying this knowledge to support efficient project operations.
