Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer success and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include strategic consultation, planning, and delivery of customer projects, as well as event setup and live event support.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients to onboard, configure, and train them on the ON24 platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional ON24 experiences to customers and attendees.
  • Strategic consultation, planning, and delivery of customer projects.
  • Event/environment setup and live event support.
  • Event de-brief and strategic review of success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of ON24's product features and integrated platforms.
  • Act as client point of contact to onboard, configure, and train clients on the ON24 platform.
  • Provide consultation, preparation, planning, and execution of events.
  • Perform webinar and virtual event-related activities as necessary.
  • Actively participate and contribute in strategy discussions ensuring customers meet program goals and success metrics.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during project implementations.
  • Coordinate with all point of contact persons to manage the delivery of key project-related elements.
  • Create and maintain collaborative customer documentation.
  • Lead live remote trainings to enable and empower clients to build personalized digital experiences with ON24.
