Lead Sales Growth in ANZ

As a key member of the Intuit ANZ leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy across the region. With a focus on exceeding new business growth targets, you will lead a high-performing sales team to drive customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy in partnership with the global Mailchimp sales organization.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting sales targets and quotas, and establishing processes for consistent execution.
  • Collaborate across Intuit to share best practices and drive growth, and quickly test new ideas using data and insight.
  • Provide continuous support, sales coaching, and training to build the skills of all employees.
  • Own the plan for the team's success and contribute to the organization's vision.

Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of sales management or leadership roles, managing medium-sized teams of sales executives.
  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with e-commerce and/or Mar Tech focus.
  • A strong track record in delivering industry-leading sales results.
  • Demonstrable capabilities in building and scaling foundational sales teams.
  • Builder's mindset and operational focus coupled with leadership and craft development background.
  • Experienced people manager who has built high-performing teams and demonstrated ability to implement execution strategies.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with depth understanding of sales levers, metrics, performance standards, and sales methodology.
  • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
