Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy high-performing control systems using Crestron and Q-SYS for various workplaces.
  • Write robust, reusable code and documentation for global deployment and scalability.
  • Provide expert advice to engineering teams on product selection and its impact on client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics, and fault-finding—both on-site and remotely.
  • Mentor junior developers, contribute to R&D initiatives, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Success requires:

  • 2+ years of commercial Crestron programming experience.
  • Working knowledge of corporate networks, protocols, and AV-over-IP solutions.
  • A collaborative spirit, passion for clean code, and eye for intuitive user interfaces.
