Our Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we'll help you navigate any challenges along the way.

We're looking for students or recent graduates in Project Management, Engineering (any discipline) or Architecture to join our project management team.

  • You'll assist in the management of building and infrastructure projects across their lifecycle, including programming, contract administration, cost control, procurement, stakeholder management and reporting.
  • You'll work in teams to deliver exciting projects, contribute to bids and tenders, and have the opportunity for occasional site work.
  • You'll also gain a broad understanding of the many career pathways available at our company.
  • In your first year, we'll focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help you find your rhythm in the industry.
  • By year two, you'll have the flexibility to develop your skills further, whether that's diving deeper into technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.

For this role, you may be required to obtain Baseline Security Clearance for project work.

  • Psychometric assessments: These quick tests give us a glimpse into how you like to work and your strengths in relation to the role.
  • Offer: Congratulations If you're successful, we'll talk through all the finer details.
