To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in Acoustics Engineering and have full working rights in Australia.

Your roleAs a Graduate at ADP Consulting, you\'ll be part of a national graduate cohort and receive hands-on training from day one. You will contribute to meaningful, sustainability-led projects while being supported by industry mentors and technical experts in your chosen field i.e. Acoustics Engineering.
Your experience will include- Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
- Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, and Saying Yes to Opportunities)
- Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs
- Accessing a learning platform with over 97,000 professional resources
- Receiving support for Engineers Australia Chartership
- Joining a vibrant social and wellness culture including fitness classes, book club, and team events

You\'re a soon-to-be or recent Acoustics EngineeringGraduate who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment. You bring a growth mindset and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. You\'re also:

- Self-motivated and open to new experiences
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Eligible to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or NZ citizen)
