Clinical Specialist – Child and Youth Mental Health

About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced clinicians to fill specialist positions within Child and Youth Mental Health services. The roles are located in various regional locations across Western Australia.

You Will:

  • Form part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to providing high-quality care for children and youth in your chosen community.
  • Hold expert knowledge in your chosen field, with a strong background in mental health and experience working with children and youth in community settings. Community mental health experience is highly desirable.
  • Obtain necessary clearance checks, including a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the ongoing wellbeing of children and youth in your designated region.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional development and contribute to service improvements.

Selection Criteria:

  • Fully qualified clinical psychologists or social workers with eligibility for relevant professional memberships.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive attractive remuneration based on their level of experience. Position duration is negotiable, ranging from 3 months to 6 months with potential for extension. Housing assistance and travel support may be available for certain roles.
