We are seeking an experienced Settlements Professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, facilitating the settlement process for residential and commercial mortgage lending.

About the Role:
  • Prepare loan offers and mortgage documentation.
  • Manage your pipeline and associated follow-up.
  • Liaise with banks and solicitors to facilitate settlements.
  • Book and arrange settlements, whether electronically or as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to all parties involved.
  • Prepare settlement figures and daily funding requirements.
