Lead a Team of Professionals

This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to lead a team of allied health professionals across various areas, including marketing, financials, profit and loss, and recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve service delivery and financial performance.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance service delivery and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Manage an entire business unit, working closely with the leadership team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical health background.
  • Previous experience in managing a large team, particularly in NDIS settings.
  • Strong ability to manage profit and loss statements, working to billable hours and key performance indicators.
  • A commitment to high-quality service delivery and a passion for empowering others to achieve their goals.
  • Highly personable, with strong organisational skills and a valid Working with Children Check.
