We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to develop and execute a strategy that ensures financial sustainability through effective business partnering and oversight of our Finance, People & Culture, Support Legal, Risk & Compliance, and IT divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Planning:
  • ">
  • Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team in building and driving strategic initiatives that drive financial growth and sustainability.">
">Business Partnering:
  • ">
  • Lead finance to ensure effective financial management through business partnering supported by timely, accurate, and insightful financial planning, reporting, and analysis.">
">Financial Management:
  • ">
  • Ensure achievement of budgeted revenue and EBITDA targets.">
">Reporting:
  • ">
  • Complete, accurate, and timely reporting to support effective commercial decisions.">
">Team Development:
  • ">
  • Build the financial literacy of the Senior Leadership Team and Management.">
">Risk Management:
  • ">
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of our company's risk profile.">
">Compliance:
  • ">
  • Monitor all legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.">
">Leadership:
  • ">
  • Lead, develop, coach, and mentor the Finance, People & Culture, and Support teams.">
">IT Roadmap:
  • ">
  • Collaborate with the CEO and SLT in building and delivering an IT Roadmap.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA or CPA qualified or similar
  • 10+ years in senior finance/executive level roles
  • Previous experience leading multiple functions - Finance, People & Culture, IT, Support, Legal, and Compliance
  • Previous Manufacturing experience essential
  • Experience in scaling SMEs and implementing best practice processes
  • Previous experience in group consolidations including overseas entities preferred
