Teaching Opportunity in a Remote Western Australian Community

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at Burringurrah Remote Community School in Western Australia. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students from Years 3 to 6, with a focus on Literacy and Numeracy.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have exceptional experience in teaching Literacy and Numeracy, and a strong understanding of how to create engaging and hands-on lessons. You will also have the ability to work with Aboriginal students, understanding the impact of trauma on their educational outcomes.

As a remote teaching specialist, you will also receive a Remote Teaching Service Allowance of $20,870 per year, as well as a Locality Allowance of $2,866 per year.
