About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, conducting home environment assessments, providing therapy services, and developing sustainable solutions to complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough home environment assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, focusing on their strengths and developing long-term solutions to complex needs.
- Access and prescribe standard and complex equipment to support client needs.
- Recommend vehicle modifications to enhance client mobility and independence.
- Conduct functional assessments of occupational performance and develop therapy plans to promote daily living skills.
- Assess client support needs and facilitate transitions to supported independent living.
- Produce high-quality reports on Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation.

Selection Criteria
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.
- Pre-existing registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with clients, their families, and service providers.
- A current WWCC (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR.
- A valid Australian driver's license.
