About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Northern Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the receipt and dispatch of cargo, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with other team members to provide excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the warehouse team to achieve objectives and provide services in an effective and timely manner;
  • Ensure cargo is received and dispatched efficiently, with accurate and timely documentation;
  • Assist other team members to provide prompt and effective customer care;
  • Delegate and prioritize workloads for staff;
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation as per processes and procedures;
  • Maintain awareness of and compliance with health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in receiving and consolidating freight, and dispatching processes based on defined processes and procedures;
  • Experience in supervising a team;
  • Leadership and people management skills;
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and implementing plans, policies, and procedures to support organisational objectives;
  • Demonstrated customer service experience;
  • Experience in basic SAP, Microsoft Office, and Sea Swift business systems;
  • Forklift license.
