Job Title:

Ambitious leaders are sought to manage and develop our team of skilled service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and on-site guidance to Field Service Technicians to ensure they meet operational and technical standards.
  • Ensure all technicians adhere to our health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Enforce safe work practices in customer sites, taking into account the conditions and requirements.
  • Assist technicians in meeting standard times and quoted timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of service van cleanliness, technician grooming, and presentation.
  • Regularly communicate with Field Service Controllers and Managers.
  • Collaborate with technicians to optimize labor utilization, paperwork, and operational efficiency.
  • Address customer issues alongside the Field Service Controllers and/or Manager.
  • Work with technicians to maintain inventory stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience leading a team in a similar environment.
  • Relevant trade qualification.
  • Experience in maintaining IC and/or battery electric forklifts.
  • Desirable: License to install and repair LPG systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
