
Business Operations Coordinator

This position provides business and administrative support to the finance team. The role facilitates business operations and delivers a timely and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to senior managers by performing various tasks such as preparing briefs, submissions, and correspondence.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders by responding to enquiries and escalating issues as required.
- Update and maintain records and databases, and provide general administration support.
We are seeking an applicant with:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven planning, organisation, and time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity, and confidentiality and use discretion when necessary
- Excellent MS Suite skills, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and Excel
An attractive remuneration package from $93,458.60 to $102,919.38 plus 11.5% superannuation
