Job Title: Night Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours, including checking guests in and out, processing transactions, and maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and room charge payments.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Supervise non-managerial staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
