About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive assurance strategy. As a senior leader, you will play a key part in shaping how control testing is carried out across the organization, ensuring it aligns with the broader Three Lines of Defence model.

The role involves hands-on leadership, spanning both business and IT General Controls, with a strong focus on consistency, automation, and meaningful insights. You will work closely with teams across the organization, from Risk and Technology to Internal Audit and Transformation, to design and implement a control assurance plan tailored to the operating environment.

You will guide a team of assurance professionals, foster a high-performance culture, and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior stakeholders. This role also involves engaging with control owners and risk stewards, helping them understand findings and supporting them in planning next steps.
