Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations function, you'll be responsible for managing the operational activities for our Deposit business.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our internal and external customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be the go-to person for resolving queries, providing support, and ensuring that our systems and processes are running smoothly.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a natural problem solver, a strong communicator, and a team player. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities- Manage operational activities for our Deposit business, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and providing support to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
- Proven experience in an operational or 'back-office' environment, with a strong understanding of banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
