About the Role:

  • Support customers through our Case Management and Injury Management programs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure all case management actions are completed on time, maintaining high-quality customer experiences.
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their recovery journey.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve team performance and support colleagues in their roles.
  • Foster empathy and understanding for injured workers, actively seeking solutions to support their recovery and well-being.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in case management within WA Workers Compensation is essential.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex injuries is highly desirable.
  • An empathetic approach and customer-focused mindset will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to navigate challenging situations and respond professionally will be key to success in this role.
  • Mentoring and coaching other case managers will be an integral part of this position.
