Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a world-renowned destination located in the picturesque town of Broome, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Residential Cleaning Manager to join our high-achieving Housekeeping Team on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure rooms meet our high standards.
- Supervise and direct Team Leaders, Room Attendants, and House Persons to maintain productivity and adhere to daily schedules.
- Provide training and guidance to Room Attendants on cleaning procedures and chemical usage.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping Management on personnel matters, including hiring, evaluating, suspending, and training personnel.
- Monitor room allocations to optimize operations.
- Previous supervisory experience in a commercial or residential cleaning environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are essential.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays is required.
- Experience in a similar resort or hotel environment is highly regarded.
