About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core engagement reports. You will be responsible for:
- Leading design end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and beyond
- Improving and uplifting detailed, information-dense UIs, with a focus on usability and efficiency
- Working closely with product management to ensure alignment
- Collaborating with engineers to not only understand technical feasibility but to leverage technical constraints into opportunities
- Iterating on designs through design reviews and stakeholder sessions
- Conducting customer research, usability testing, and desktop research to deeply understand customer needs and validate design decisions
- Using data to analyze customer feedback, usage, and other in-product behaviors
You have:
- A deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and working with design systems
- An obsession with inclusive design practices, accessibility, and design standards
- High proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience conducting user research & testing activities (e.g. customer interviews, usability testing, remote testing)
- Succesful delivery of end-to-end product design on projects from ideation to production
- A passion for storytelling to take others on the journey
