Software Engineering Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to spearhead the development of high-traffic web platforms and large-scale, high-availability systems.

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, empowering you to drive innovation and growth in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for technology roadmap planning, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to foster growth and skill development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable architecture, leveraging microservices and distributed systems.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for monitoring, observability, and incident response.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
  • 5+ years of experience developing across the full stack, including NodeJS / React / JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based services, AWS Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise language.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of AI/Ml implementation and architectural principles.
  • Experience with AI-powered personalization and content generation.
  • Understanding of front-end framework alternatives to React.
  • Knowledge of security architecture and threat modeling.
  • Experience working with off-shore development teams.
