We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team in Singapore and Australia as an Enterprise Data Architect Lead, responsible for setting the tone for our organization's data architecture. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture Team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide data strategy that supports our current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Holistic Data Architecture: Document the detailed physical data architecture for both our current and target state, ensuring seamless integration with our business and IT strategies.
  • Capturing Enterprise Data Models: Work closely with our Data Management Office to align our physical enterprise data model with conceptual and logical models, establishing a solid foundation for our data architecture principles.
  • Creating Data Architecture Documents: Develop data architecture documents and templates for change initiatives, supporting solution architects in their tasks.
  • Leading Data Architecture Governance: Spearhead data architecture governance forums and provide expert input on architecture decisions.
  • Managing Architecture Change Initiatives: Oversee a holistic roadmap of architecture change initiatives across the bank, coordinating requirements across various projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience in developing progressive information management solutions and end-to-end development life-cycle support, including SDLC processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, including architects and subject matter experts.
  • Data Architecture Expertise: Established experience delivering information management solutions to large numbers of end users, architecting and implementing enterprise data warehouses, Master Data Management, data integration, BI & analytics, content management, and data management platforms.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentational skills, with the ability to work within a team environment.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
