Lead Asset Management Team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop asset management strategies, provide technical support, and offer expert advice across operations, maintenance, and plant improvement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and shape long-term asset management strategies to ensure reliable and efficient energy production.
  • Oversee corrective, preventative, process safety, and whole-life strategies to optimize asset performance while managing risk.
  • Lead the planning, governance, and execution of major maintenance projects to ensure risks are effectively managed.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Engineering with post-graduate qualifications in Management or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive management and leadership experience in a complex industry with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading an asset management function ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ability to lead teams in analyzing complex problems, applying strategic thinking, developing solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
