Disability Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with Allied Health and Nursing teams to implement and maintain clients' personalised care and support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client-centred outcomes.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic assistance.
  • Providing medication administration and supporting clients with allied health-led programs.

Requirements:

  • Current WA licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • NDIS screening check (or willingness to obtain).
  • First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Manual Handling Certificate, and Medication Certificate.
  • Availability for day and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
