Product Design Lead

As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for crafting seamless user experiences that enhance our operations.

Your primary objectives include leading design projects, defining end-to-end user flows and screens based on requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver.

You will own the design for various domains within the design team, iterating on and improving existing experiences. Additionally, you will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define the problem space and align on solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing complex systems that consider multiple user types and workflows.
  • Effectively communicating design decisions using visuals and storytelling to influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with a strong design community to share, critique, and grow alongside talented designers.

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Senior Product Designer in complex industries.
  • Strong UX and UI skills, including visual design, typography, and layout expertise.
  • Experience designing for complex systems with multiple user types and workflows.
  • A natural ability to communicate and align stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems for scalable designs.
