About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our library leadership team and help shape the future of library services in the City of Gosnells. As a Library Programs Supervisor, you will provide leadership to the library programs team to develop, implement and deliver innovative and contemporary library programs, events and initiatives at the City's four libraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the library programs team to develop, implement and deliver innovative and contemporary library programs, events and initiatives.
  • Establish partnerships for the delivery of library programs and initiatives.
  • Develop volunteering opportunities to assist with the delivery of library programs.
Requirements
  • Experience in the development and implementation of programs, events and education initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and drive change management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, to meet customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and networking skills to engage with community members, stakeholders and service providers.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder relations skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
