About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Leisure and Culture Branch as a Casual Library Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service and support to our library patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to library patrons
  • Assist with daily library operations, including shelving books and other materials
  • Support library programs and events, including children's programs
  • Perform tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Work collaboratively with other library staff to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
