About The Role
  • You will spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes and supporting them with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • In-home personal care is a critical aspect of this role, where you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing care in accordance with individualized Care Plans is essential to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits and interacting with clients in their homes.
  • Providing in-home personal care, including support with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
