Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Personal Support Worker Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to become a Personal Support Worker but don't have the necessary qualifications.

This training program will enable you to complete your Certificate III in Individual Support while earning a income. You will work with clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

About the Role:
  • Provide care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and house cleaning.
  • Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities, including transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
  • Work independently, using initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
  • You must have a roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work.
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, is highly desirable.
  • You must be able to pass relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
