We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Safety Specialist to join our team at Newy Tech People.
As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for evaluating equipment and systems to ensure they meet relevant machinery and safety standards for a wide range of clients.
Your technical expertise will be applied to tackle complex challenges and applications, including remote area power systems, data collection and analysis, process/control automation, and renewable energy.
You will support clients in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety-related systems while fostering strong client relationships.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will hold either an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree and bring prior experience in risk and functional safety, ideally holding TÜV or equivalent qualifications.
You will also have experience designing, maintaining, or operating industrial control systems, industrial machinery, and mining or processing plant and equipment.
